Ticket to Work Lead Program Assistant
Samantha Loicano is an experienced Program Assistant for the Ticket to Work Program and joined the team in November 2021. She provides administrative support to the Ticket to Work Program team. She has 10 years of experience working in customer service and hospitality roles where she honed her skills in customer success, training, management, and financial services.
Through these positions she gained a sense of joy for helping others. Samantha also decided to further her education and completed her degree in Communications in 2021. She looks forward to providing resources and connecting beneficiaries with benefits support so they can reach their employment and financial goals.
In her spare time Samantha enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves traveling, photography, and baking.
