Certified Benefits Counselor
Ali Kotanko joined the Full Circle Employment Solutions family in August 2022 as a Certified Benefits Counselor for the WIPA program. Ali has a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Master’s degree in Education. Much of her professional background is in the education field. She has experience as a middle school English teacher, Kindergarten teacher, and ESL teacher.
Ali also spent a year as a Reading Specialist working with middle school students who had dyslexia and other reading challenges. Additionally, Ali is a certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor and has many volunteer hours teaching therapeutic horse-back riding lessons to children and adults with various disabilities. Ali loves seeing people succeed in life, and she thrives on being a part of their journey toward success. She is so happy to be a part of FCES family, so that she can serve others in reaching their employment goals and experiencing the freedom that comes with that.
In her free time, Ali enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. Our family can usually be found playing outside, singing along at a concert, eating at a restaurant, or trying to earn tickets at an arcade. Ali also loves going to the gym and playing with her three dogs.
