Chief Executive Officer
Amy Wallish is the Founder and CEO of Full Circle Employment Solutions, a national organization she established in 2010 to advance employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities. With more than 25 years of experience in the field, Amy is a nationally recognized subject matter expert in Social Security work incentives, the Ticket to Work (TTW) program, and asset development.
Amy holds a Master of Business Administration from Washington Adventist University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Calvin University. As a Certified Community Work Incentives Coordinator, Amy applies her expertise and frontline experience to inform research and policy through several initiatives.
Under her leadership, Full Circle operates both Administrative and Traditional Employment Networks, delivers Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA) projects, works with many State Vocational Rehabilitation Agencies (SVR) and has previously led efforts under the Social Security Administration’s Benefit Offset National Demonstration (BOND) and the Promoting Readiness of Minors in SSI (PROMISE) initiative.
Amy currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Employment Network Association (NENA), where she advocates for systemic improvements and policy solutions that enhance access to employment and financial independence for people with disabilities.
When she’s not working, you’ll usually find her on some outdoor adventure with her family.
