Ticket to Work Coordinator
Ashley Bouthot joined Full Circle Employment Solutions family in October 2023. She is a Ticket to Work Coordinator and certified Community Work Incentives Counselor through Virginia Commonwealth University. Ashley finds great pleasure in helping individuals break down barriers that returning to work can bring. She has over 13 years’ experience working with people with diverse abilities and is an active advocate in her community. She looks forward to helping others see how employment can be positive and doable with the Social Security benefits and work incentives.
In Ashley’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and spoiling her three dogs: Nelson, Maggie, and Newt. She can also be found in a comfy chair reading a book, outside gardening, or sitting around the kitchen table playing cards with family.
