Ticket to Work Program Assistant
Dalia joined Full Circle Employment Solutions in May of 2026 as a Program Assistant for the Ticket to Work team. An essential part of her position is helping clients with career planning, client documentation, external outreach efforts, and offering individualized support.
Prior to her position at Full Circle, Dalia worked in a wide range of fields, most current being a private at-home caregiver. She brings 8 years of experience in customer service and hospitality. She is guided by a passion for providing quality care and believes this begins with attentive, responsive communication with each client’s needs.
In her personal time, Dalia enjoys reading, spending time with her cats, and learning new skills such as crocheting. She is family-oriented and finds joy in traveling to new places with them.
