Erika Panfile is a certified CWIC and has been since 2013 working under multiple WIPA programs, currently for Full Circle Employment Solutions since 2021. She graduated with a B.A. in Criminal Justice/Psychology in 2002, and has worked in the Human Services field in varying positions ever since.
