We are seeking 2 Program Assistants to work full time under our various programs (WIPA/VR/Ticket to Work).
Candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs, and exceptional attention to detail. Must be able to pass a federal security clearance. Main job duties include but are not limited to screening calls and communicating with clients, gathering detailed information, submitting documentation, following up with federal, state and local agencies, and monitoring trackers. The ideal applicant will have customer service, administrative, marketing or call center experience.
The starting salary for this position is $42,000.
We are seeking individuals who have CWIC/CPWIC certification or would like to go through training to become one. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience providing direct work incentives counseling and/or working with people with disabilities. Candidates must be extremely detail orientated, self-motivated and have excellent computer skills.

CPWIC must meet this criterion to be hired under our WIPA project:
• Completed the VCU CWIC and Community Partner Initial Training within the past 18 months;
• Is making on-time progress toward completing Part I or Part II of the initial certification process, or has earned full certification and began the CCC process in September 2021; and
• Provided work incentives counseling services at least 40% of a full-time work schedule for six of the last 12 months.
The starting salary for this position is $42,000.
