Certified Benefits Counselor
Karyn Stenzler is a certified Community Work Incentive Coordinator (CWIC) and has been fully certified through the Social Security Administration since 2009. She joined Full Circle Employment Solutions in September 2011 and has worked with individuals with disabilities since 1993.
Prior to joining Full Circle, Ms. Stenzler helped to develop the fee for service benefits counseling model in the District of Columbia with a team of benefit counselors and consultants. She enjoys educating beneficiaries, families and support team members about Social Security work incentives and encourages financial independence. She trains on multiple social security topics, including initial eligibility and overpayments. Ms. Stenzler loves to have a conversation on motivating, managing and effectively working with virtual teams and partners.
She is a proud member of both the National and Maryland chapter of the Association of People Supporting Employment First (APSE), National Association of Benefits and Work Incentive Specialists (NABWIS), Maryland Rehabilitation Association (MRA), National Rehabilitation Association (NRA), Maryland Works and National Employment Network Association (NENA).
In her spare time, Ms. Stenzler enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and reading.
