Ticket to Work Program Assistant
Lauren joined Full Circle Employment Solutions in January 2025 as a Program Assistant. She provides administrative support to the Ticket to Work team. Lauren graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She is passionate about helping others and hopes to make a difference in beneficiaries lives by helping them become more financially independent.
Before Full Circle, Lauren spent the last 5 years working in the hospitality industry where she developed strong communication and customer service skills. She has transferred these skills to her current role to help her assist beneficiaries to reach their financial goals.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys hanging out with her three dogs and traveling. She has a true passion for nature and is actively trying to visit every National Park.
