Ticket to Work Coordinator
Lisa Shipley joined Full Circle Employment Solutions, LLC in July 2021 as a Ticket to Work Coordinator. Prior to that Lisa had worked for over 9 years advocating and assisting people with disabilities overcome barriers of employment and self-sufficiency. She is a certified Community Work Incentive Counselor through Virginia Commonwealth University.
Lisa is truly passionate about empowering beneficiaries by educating them and helping them to understand and navigate their Social Security Benefits, Work Incentives and health care benefits. In doing this she hopes to alleviate any fear they may have and build confidence in returning to the work force.
When not working Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and sports. In Lisa’s spare time she has been known to volunteer at adaptive sporting events such as wheelchair basketball, hockey and golf.
