WIPA Program Director
Marlana Brush joined Full Circle Employment Solutions in November 2021 as part of the Work Incentive Planning and Assistance (WIPA) program. A certified Community Work Incentives Coordinator (CWIC) through Virginia Commonwealth University, she now manages the WIPA program. Marlana is passionate about helping individuals overcome barriers to returning to work and understanding their Social Security benefits. With years of experience in customer service and hospitality, she has developed a deep commitment to helping and serving others.
Marlana is a proud Air Force spouse, embracing the unique opportunities that military life brings. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy experimenting in the kitchen and spending time with their two dogs, Albert and Ruby.
