Meet Micky

Micky Procter has been serving individuals with disabilities for over 15 years. Micky received her certification as a Community Partner Work Incentives Coordinator in October 2019 and has enjoyed her work as a Benefits Counselor since February of 2019. Before working at Full Circle, she has assisted individuals, their families and their support team to develop plans for their personal and work goals. 

While establishing empowering, trusting relationships with individuals she has supported them with achieving employment, post-secondary education, housing, family and community connections, and links to many resources. She is very passionate about helping transitioning youth develop plans for their future. Micky has an Association for Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) certification and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management. She is a member of the Association of People Supporting Employment First (APSE), National Association of Benefits and Work Incentive Specialists (NABWIS). In addition, before working with individuals with disabilities she co-owned several businesses for over 20 years. 

In her spare time, Micky enjoys spending time with her family, playing pickleball, sailing and skiing.
