Senior Director
Ruchi is a Certified Community Work Incentive Coordinator (CWIC) through Social Security Administration since 2010. She has been providing benefits counseling services to people with disabilities in several states since then. She joined Full Circle Employment Solutions in April 2017. She is currently Senior Director of programs for the company.
Prior to starting in this field, Ruchi worked as a corporate accountant before choosing to be a stay-at-home mom and a military wife. As a military family, she has had the opportunity to live in several states across the United States. She has also lived in Japan and has fond memories of her time spent there.
Ruchi found out that her passion was helping people with disabilities manage their benefit so they can make informed decisions. In her role as a senior director, Ruchi is leading the teams to provide accurate and timely counseling to beneficiaries. She has been a presenter to train beneficiaries, their families and support staff regarding Social Security benefits and work incentives. She is a proud member of the National Association of Benefits and Work Incentive Specialist (NABWIS) and National Employment Network Association (NENA). She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Rio Grande.
In her free time, Ruchi loves to spend time with her husband and her sons. She also enjoys reading and travelling. Her guilty pleasure is binge watching period dramas and suspense thrillers.
