Ticket to Work Program Director
Samantha Loicano joined the Ticket to Work Program in November 2021 and currently manages the Ticket to Work team as the Program Director. She is a Community Work Incentives Counselor through Virginia Commonwealth University and holds a degree in Communications. She has 10 years of experience working in customer service and hospitality roles where she honed her skills in customer success, training, management, and financial services. Through these positions she gained a sense of joy in helping others. She looks forward to providing resources and connecting beneficiaries with benefits support so they can reach their employment and financial goals.
Samantha is also a proud Air Force spouse. In her spare time, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves traveling, reading fantasy novels, and baking.
