Meet Sarah

Sarah Winter joined Full Circle Employment Solutions in August 2024 as a Program Assistant. In her role, she supports the Ticket to Work team through marketing outreach, intake coordination, client file preparation, resume writing, and job search assistance. Sarah brings over a decade of experience in client service and account management, having previously worked as an Engagement Manager and Retails Sales Manager.

Sarah is deeply motivated by helping others reach their goals and has a personal connection to Full Circle's mission of empowering individuals with disabilities toward financial independence. She favors a people-focused approach and finds fulfillment in creating pathways to employment for beneficiaries.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys visiting art museums, hosting cozy gatherings, and printing unique stationary gifts for her friends and family.
