Sarah Winter joined Full Circle Employment Solutions in August 2024, bringing with her 20 years of experience in administrative and managerial roles. She began her career coordinating patient pharmaceutical benefits and workers’ compensation claims, before moving into retail and executive management. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a keen ability to navigate sensitive and complex situations.
At Full Circle Employment Solutions, Sarah leverages her experience to support program operations and contribute to the company’s mission of reducing barriers and moving toward full workplace inclusion and diversity.
When not working, Sarah enjoys visiting modern art exhibits, illustrating, and experimenting in the kitchen.
