Benefits Counselor
Kasie Rigsby serves as a Program Assistant for the WIPA Program and joined the team in April 2026. In her role, she provides essential administrative support to ensure the program operates smoothly.
Kasie has several years of experience in human services, where she worked closely with community partners, housing providers, and service agencies to help individuals and families secure stable housing and access critical support. Through this work, she developed a strong passion for empowering others and helping them overcome barriers to achieve their personal, employment, and financial goals. Throughout her career, Kasie has remained dedicated to fostering trust, empowerment, and stability for individuals from all backgrounds.
Outside of work, Kasie likes to spend quality time with family and friends and attend concerts. She also enjoys spending time outside and working out.
