Certified Benefits Counselor
Nikkia Cummings joined the Full Circle Employment Solutions team in November of 2022 as a Certified Benefits Counselor under the Work Incentive Planning and Assistance (WIPA) program. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics from University of Maryland, College Park.
Nikkia is passionate about helping people overcome life’s challenges and obstacles. She has a history of providing direct care and case management services to Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) youth in care who have experienced trauma.
In her free time, Nikkia enjoys going on walks, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
